Coding Club at The Tech STEAM Center
Dive into the world of programming with our Coding Club! Perfect for young tech enthusiasts, this program offers a comprehensive introduction to essential coding concepts and diverse programming languages. Students will learn to apply conditions, loops, and variables through hands-on projects using languages like Python, C++, C#, and Lua Scripting. They’ll explore a range of exciting platforms such as Scratch, Kodu Game Lab, Pygame, Roblox, Minecraft, Unity, and Unreal. From creating interactive games to developing simulations, this club provides a dynamic environment to build and showcase coding skills. Join us to enhance your problem-solving abilities, develop engaging projects, and collaborate with peers in a supportive community!
Benefits of learning to code:
- Explore Coding Concepts: Students will dive into the world of coding, learning fundamental concepts and applying them to create their own programs and interactive experiences.
- Build Robots and Circuits: Using popular platforms like Lego Mindstorms and Arduino, students will construct robots and circuits, bringing their creations to life and understanding the principles of electronics and robotics.

The STEAM tech center provides enrichment for my kids that the don’t necessarily receive at school. They can learn to code, play chess, use the 3D printer, pixel art, and so many other things. There is time provided at the beginning for homework or reading, and then the kids can work on their various projects. They get so much out of it and look forward to going every week. I would highly recommend.

Amazing program, highly recommend to any parent looking for something stimulating for their kids especially in coding and programming. My boys have been going to another STEM center and I was concerned that they will get bored but I was wrong. They have fun and learn every single day. The staff is very caring and helpful. Feel like a family with them. This place is a true hidden gem. So happy with the summer camp.
